Tom Walker, originally from New Zealand, first visited China in 2007 on a business trip. He fell in love with the country and has since made Guangzhou his permanent home, where he lives with his Chinese wife and son.

In the furniture industry, Tom worked for Grupage Ltd, a supplier for large Australian companies such as Harvey Norman and Domayne Furniture. In the building products sector, he collaborates with Godwin-Austen, a prominent New Zealand company.

Outside of his professional life, Tom enjoys spending quality time with his family and participating in activities at the international church in Guangzhou.
